Compassion During COVID

The reality is COVID has taken a toll on all of us. The mental health of Canadians is suffering and this is translating into the workplace. As leaders, we directly impact those around us and it's important we remember that. This is just a small reminder to be cognizant of your responses and how you deal with people right now. Your patience, grace, and compassion will go a long way towards building strong relationships and creating genuine loyalty.

Supporting Direct Reports

Have you ever been in a position where you know your boss didn't support your vertical movement? Or as a leader, have you ever feared your staff coming for your job? We take a look at how supporting direct reports benefits everybody at the end of the day.

Evoking Emotions

Are you evoking emotions that are productive and empowering? Or have you had negative responses to your words in meetings

If you've ever experienced an emotional response to your words in a meeting, ask yourself whether you think your approach and your delivery had anything to do with it. Have a listen. A thought-provoking topic for us all.
